Return/Exchange Policy:

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. All items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and hang tags. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged. *Resellers: please see separate reseller specific Return/Exchange policy.

How to Return/Exchange an item:

To return an item please email info@illuminative.com to request a return shipping label. Please include the following information: order # and item(s) you are wishing to return. Once we receive your item(s) and determine they are in new condition we will refund you the item price minus the return shipping cost. If you require an exchange, please place a new order on our site for the item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. *Resellers: please see separate reseller specific Return/Exchange Policy.

Returns are accepted within 5 business days from the date of receipt. All items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and hang tags. The reseller is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged. Please email info@illuminative with your order # and return information to request a return shipping label. If you require an exchange please place an order on our site for your new items.

How to Return/Exchange a customer's item:

Returns and exchanges for the Reseller's customers are the responsibility of the Reseller, through the Reseller's personal inventory or through a new order placed at Illuminative.com.

 

Illuminative, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Return/Exchange policies at any time without notice or to refuse returns that do not meet the standards set forth in these policies.
