Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. All items must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and hang tags. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged. *Resellers: please see separate reseller specific Return/Exchange policy.
Final Sale items: We will not accept returns or exchanges on final sale items. All items will be labeled as "final sale" when these terms apply.
How to Return/Exchange an item:
To return an item please email email@example.com to request a return shipping label. Once we receive your item(s) and determine they are in new condition we will refund you the item price minus the return shipping label cost. It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed. If you require an exchange, please place a new order on our site for your new item(s). *Resellers: please see below for separate reseller specific Return/Exchange Policy.

How to Return/Exchange a customer's item:
Returns and exchanges for the Reseller's customers are the responsibility of the Reseller, through the Reseller's personal inventory or through a new order placed at Illuminative.com.
Illuminative, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Return/Exchange policies at any time without notice or to refuse returns that do not meet the standards set forth in these policies.
